We want you to love every GlitterKraft piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.
🔄 Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective.
💰 Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Partial refunds may apply for items not returned in original condition.
🔁 Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
